How are records packaged for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl records to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened albums?
We accept returns on opened items only if there is a manufacturing defect or playback issue. For standard returns, items must be in their original, sealed shrink-wrap.
Do you sell new or used vinyl?
Routine Vinyl specializes in brand new, factory-sealed pressings, including limited editions, colored variants, and standard black vinyl across all genres.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer international shipping?

What should I do if my record arrives warped?
